What payment terms do you offer?
For Essential and Signature plan we create the whole website for free then we charge the complete yearly subscription once you are satisified with the creation. For enterprise engagements, phased milestone payments can be arranged. All terms are confirmed in your project agreement.
What is included in my chosen tier?
Each tier is transparently itemised above. Every engagement includes strategic design, technical SEO foundations, Core Web Vitals optimisation, and AWS hosting for the included period. Nothing is hidden — if it's listed, it's built.
What happens if my scope changes mid-project?
We handle scope changes through a clear change-order process. Any addition to the agreed scope is quoted in writing and approved before work begins — no surprise invoices.
Do you offer refunds?
The deposit is non-refundable once discovery and strategy work has commenced, as it covers the intellectual and strategic investment made upfront. We are committed to delivering to the agreed scope; if concerns arise, we resolve them through our dedicated support process.
How are custom or enterprise quotes structured?
Enterprise and bespoke engagements begin with a complimentary discovery call. We then produce a detailed project proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment — fully tailored to your brand and objectives.
